The price setting of realized project is composed of necessary work and used materials. Condition of any project startup is pre-agreed budget. We don't work in hourly rates.
The price of realized project is derived from extent and complexity of designed area and customer particular requests, and it is a subject of agreement. In common situation, when our own original design is being realized, the price of the design itself is not charged, thus the price of design is subtracted from the final price.
Maintenance works prices differ by frequency. For one-time maintenance we provide price offer in advance. For yearlong maintenance is price fixed by agreement.
